Comments:
decided to do some 800s today to see if i'm in shape at all. not terrible is the verdict.
started at taft, to east to e 108 to wade park e 118 access road, track. talked to coach for awhile before actually starting. ran a mile on the track with phil and colin as well.
800s felt decent, pretty smooth overall. coach said my stride looked good. decided to run some 200s after i was finished just to get the turnover going. also felt decent.
cooled down for 7.5 minutes barefoot on the football field, calling it a mile.
