Old School Track

Very old school, our usual track had a track meet so we used a Jr High. It was cinder/dirt and bumpy. A lot like Greenlake actually only maybe worse.

Workout: 3 miles at about 6:30/mile followed immediately by a 'hard' 800m which ended up being about 2:40. It went about 83/77. So, after a hard 3 mile run I can still handle a 5:20/mile pace for half a mile. Wonder what I can do fresh...
