Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Supposed to do 6x1200 w/ 300m recovery at 3:45.

Felt like absolute trash 100m in. Calves extremely tight and fighting myself physically and mentally the whole time. Extremely dehydrated, never feel the effects of not drinking water and for the first time ever I felt like at any point one, or both, of my calves was going to completely lock up and I'd crash on to the track. After 3 called it quits because breathing was there but legs just had no turnover.

Did 14x200 w/ 100m recovery to supplement not focusing on time, but just turning over and getting good form going. Was around 31-33 for all of them.

Not a bad run and didn't completely shit out but also wasn't a run that I was happy with a week away from my race.
