didn't have much time.. due to work. this would have been the preferable day for hill repeats or a Cougar Mt Ride.. freaking eh.. gonna have to wait til Thursday for the last big workout.. wish I could've structured this week better and had more time pre-race.. then again.. this is only a "warm-up race" not going to try to seriously taper.. the big races come in a month :)
