Weather: warm but shady so good
Comments:
i did a warmup and then 10 by 1 min hard/ 1min easy. then a cooldown. i did speed d after the warmup and stretched before and after the run. i dont know the exact distance but i looked up the distance on google earth even though i didnt know exactly how far on the beach i ran, it was about right probably
