Cruise (200) Intervals... Drain to Drain

Comments:
We did a spring bank warmup.. 2 x 100 meter strides on FB field... drain to drain with groups and 3 x 5 sets of 200's staying from 38-42 range each.. after each set of five, we took 3-5 minutes recovery.. and jog backs between each set. cooldown on the grass and ice bags afterwards.. very good workout this evening as a unit..
