More of mr. Freil's plyometrics. I'm pretty sure I lose 2 lbs of sweat each time I attempt this... Super dehydrated right now
Sprint repeats, actually finished three sets of five this time around with 20 box jumps between each. Was surprised at first I didn't "feel" the earlier stair work out when I was on the bike, but the last set was dang near impossible.
