I wanted a full hour of race cadence after a heavy workout today, just to see what I could hold when I was tired. I am a little worried that I have no clue what to expect for pacing come the race this sunday.

all I know is that I'm in the best biking shape I've ever been in so now is a good time to get thrown into the fire!

cool down was to ride up to Dick's for cheeseburgers because after everything today.. I was Starving!!!
