Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
AM-Poolwork(15 minutes aqua jog, 12 lung busters, light warm-up stuff) and about an hour of lifting and core.
PM- 10 easy on the Letch course and the surrounding trails + 3 strides and some Colorado plyos. Needed the easy day, feel alright, just sore. Apparently we have a killer hill work out tomorrow.
