Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
warmed up over to peirce from the rock and back. minimal drills and stretches to attempt to keep my legs from being destroyed. started my first really fast and was numb by the end. second leg i didn't run quite as hard but still was moving. felt pretty good overall. jogged to the finish after my leg and then cooled down the same as i warmed up.
stretch, then took a nap when i got back
