Comments:
Felt a little rough on this one, both knees got kinda achy and I was worried about the left IT but it didn't progress to that point. Ran last miles at or close to pace to see what it felt like when fatigued. It sorta sucked but I tried to remind myself that I had a very full week with 2 straight 20 mile Sunday's. I'll be better rested for the race.
