East PRE shag run

Hung out with BECK most of the afternoon, after cooking up a MEAN vat of spaghetti/veg sauce and doing the shopping. It was AWESOME to be done with the long run at 0830!

At 530 I went out for a shag run. The legs felt MEH at first....but then I REMEMBERED HOW TO RUN!

FUCK: turns out I haven't been extending my leg enough...like I was 2 weeks ago...like I was when I DIDN'T feel like SHIT! Really "exaggerated" the leg swing/extension. What this does, besides lengthen my stride and make me FASTER (cut 6:20s like it was nothing), but it DECREASES QUAD STRESS -- because they're not "micro-flexing/extending" in initial contact/midstance.

Fuck, I hope this makes the legs feel better, once and for all. Gonna really focus on this -- I have 6 days to get my legs fresh again...
