Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
25 min warm-up, 2 uphill 5k effort miles with a jog back down recovery in between. Hit 5:48 and 5:55, and they hurt like a biiiiitch. Felt good until about 100m from the top when i hit a wall both times. Gotta work on my leg strength. 24 minute cool down and 4 barefoot striders after. Ice bathed.
AM-Off, did some rope stretching.
