Weather: cool, but not cold

Well, I asked abbey for a four mile loop because i hadn't had a chance to map one out, and she told me a route, and I headed off. When I got home, Gmap was working, so I mapped it out, and it is slightly over five, turning my run that I was proud of how easy i took it into overkill. The weird thing is, I kept a constant mind of taking it easy, and didn't feel that I was going much fast at all. 500 meters is the strides (which I consider my "supercruise" so I label them "cruise")
