Comments:
Ran a warm up on the zig zags and the track. Then a 50 second run. Ran 3 4X100 relays(won and anchored the first won culminating in some chest pumping and a spiked baton). Then a 500, and an 8X50 relay. Zig zagged again, did strides and finished off with a short cool down. Pretty tired throughout this workout.
