Still a bit sore from Sunday, both knees are a tad achy. Scared of IT return, might take an extra day tomorrow and hit the bike on Thursday. Gotta be smart. Both sets of shoes are over 300 miles, new pair should be here Thursday.
Otherwise, nice and easy HR didn't get over 140 for the whole run.
