Comments:
Doubled, felt pretty good considering the fact that I felt like shit all week.
We got the win, that means one more year and we get steak and champagne. Hudson's was so much better than conference.
Don't plan on running tomorrow. My legs have been retaliating a little and have been kind of sore lately, I want to give them a rest. I can get fast enough for Allegheny on 5 days of running per week. I just need quality workouts in and a long run. I'll try to squeeze the long run in next week. Maybe Thursday or Friday (if I don't have a workout).
