Skipping the mile repeats, knees still a bit sore. Nice easy cruise, taking tomorrow off. I'll do the Champlain Classic on Sunday at pace or tempo speed, which will be enough quality for this week. Need a down week, let things settle down.
Resting pulse prior to workout was 52, pretty good.
