Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50, RAIN

Comments:
Fairly miserable run, but weather, not legs. Legs felt pretty damn good: quads were GREAT, calves a little sore. The little adjustment: longer stride forward, has made a HUGE difference in leg feel. Now I just have to watch overloading the mid/forefoot + calves.

Rainy as shit, and windy. Was SOAKING WET after just a few miles.
