Chris Kelly kicked my ass. It was awful, my legs felt so dead. My entire body felt tired. Last week was rough, but with all that being said...I still ran a solid workout after being sick all of last week and barely running the past few days. I felt horrible...and still ran the times I did. I can't wait for Allegheny.

Talking with Chris after the workout, he mentioned the idea of having high goals for next year. I could not agree with him more. We need to aim high, understand what it takes to get there and KNOW that we have what it takes. We can't be scared to be great.
