Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
40 of them to be specific. 4 miles of tempo work and the rest was warm up and cool down.
The goal was 4 miles at a 6:24 pace, we sorta failed...
Mile One: 6:22
Mile Two: 6:12 (we're getting to fast)
Mile Three: 6:01 (This is group 4's pace)
Mile Four: 6:10 (Nikki and I backed off for the first half, but then I said whatever and ran a 2:50 last half mile)
So, in short. Pacing fail.
