3 mile cool down

Splits were something like 39,77,3:11,76,38

Felt alright, legs were a little heavy but probably from the workout the day before. Also another windy day didn't help. Was still moving on warmup, cool down, and recovery even though I was intentionally trying to go easy and getting caught thinking "this is boring, I want to speed up". Oh well, guess a good sign but wish the race pace felt more relaxed than it was.
