Comments:
hilly sixteen miler
first 9 miles were horrible. My legs felt sore and tired.. perhaps I wasn't back to 100% after the race, but yesterday was okay?
Fell into a rhythm and busted out. But I took the last mile easy because my left knee got really stiff and I didn't want to push it, then realized that from 13-16 I pulled off a 7:10 average.
Not too shabby...
