Milers with Grogan

Waited around for CoachL after the warmup. No real expectations for these. Just kinda went into them trying to see whats up and where I am for future 5k's. Goal pace was about 4:52 per. The first one Grogan led the first half. A little quick so I took over and slowed us down for a 4:49. Second one struck out after about 600 and ran another 4:48. Negative split. Fell off a little on the third. 4:55 alone. Bumped the last to a half. CoachL said out in 70 and then finnish. Ran 2:15. Splits 70 then 65. Pretty good workout. I'm definitly not used to the kind of tired I get in the 5k. Its way different than the 1500 and this will be where I need to work in the future.
Splits: 4:49, 4:48, 4:55, 2:15(70 then 65) 4min rest between the first 3 milers. 5min before the 800.
Streach, Pick 8 abs, 30, 25, 20 pushups
