today was a balls day cause semi is tonight and therefore like no one showed up to track. literally 7 people were there. we started off playing soccer against the girls track team, lol, which was fun and actually a little exhausting. and then we tried to go do our workout in cass loops, which was supposed to be 3 sets of 3:00 hard, 1:30 recovery, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute hard, 3 minutes recovery, but we only got 2 done. they were pretty decent tho, which is good. we all felt like shit but we managed to push through and do something at least. mileage is guessetimated
