Comments:
Got through like 2 miles of the warm up and I wad done. Had to have been 85 degrees outside plus the fact that I was wearing sweats uuugggghhhh. Ran 4 laps total off jog the curve and stride the straights. Then ran the warm up loop and did 2X50 and 2X100 strides on the track.
