Weather: windy and very humid
Comments:
warmed up a mile with the shoes then changed to adidas spikes to do the 4 x 400 with a min. rec. on the track. Noah was timing me too!!! I ran 74,73,71,70, then cooled down a quick 1/2 mile before progressive practice.
