Really humid but nice little race. Improved PR from 1:02:26 on this course. Really please with the results, I didn't feel like I was full throttle at 6:33's, gives me a shot of confidence that I can maintain 6:55's possible at VCM.

Started on Hammer Nutrition Tissue Rejuvinator and AO Booster. Also taking multivitamins, starting this week.
