Ran 3 by 3km on the course.
wanted to hit 11:20s, ran 11:50, 11:02, 11:07. ran with matt davis and keyser and matt riley for most of it.

hot out, first of all, and sunny. hard to keep the pace and know when to go and everything. good hard mental and physical workout.
