Weather: really windy but warm and sunny
Comments:
i did the 1600 then the 800. i got there, warmed up a little before the meet, then i waited, drank some water, then it was time to warm up for real. i jogged around a little, and did speed d and stretched. then i waas up to the line to race. i did not feel the adrenaline rush, actually i havent been feeling it for the last few meets, and i really hope i get it back soon. i went off and stayed with ryan most of the time. he would get ahead on the windy straightaway and i would catch up on the other side. on the last lap he pulled away on the windy straightaway. i had a 4:55. then i jogged a bit, but probably not enough before the 800. my right heel sever's disease was bothering me and my left hamstring ( and a little on my right) was too. they had been bothering me a little all week but not much. i did my 800 and just didnt feel good. i ran a crappy 800. then i did a cooldown and iced in the fp with austin and tim
