ran okish today, the 1500 and the 4x4 again, and also tried the long jump. that went ok, although i didnt do very well compared to other jumpers, which i should have realized would happen. kinda went too all out in the 1500 tho and hurt my right hammy again, a little this time. just another cause for concern. this caused my 400 to be a bit slow, but whatevs. a pretty good day all around, specially considering i got my 1500 pr! kinda
