West York Loop (Normal)

Wasn't paying attention to my watch, just kind of wanted to move a bit. I wouldn't let myself die or completely fall off pace, but I also wasn't pushing myself to some WR pace. I would work the hills a bit to try to make sure not to lose pace and I would run down hills relaxed and easy. I was surprised by my time when I got in because I was only hoping for 6:15-6:20s. Even though I ran those 400s crappy the other day I think they really helped because my hamstrings felt stronger. Pretty good followup to doing quarters the day before too.
