Weather: 50s, light rain for 5min, then OK
Comments:
Same shit as Monday, except shorter: hopped on the trail, rode up to Owosso, then back to Ferry. Felt pretty OK. I'm surprised how good I've felt on the bike this week.
Today is the least I've limped since Sunday, which is good. Haven't even TRIED to foam roll yet, but I should start... Gonna try to run on FRI or SAT.
