Comments:
I got out of east winds at 3:45 and they hadnt started yet. Mr. decker then talked to us when everyone was on the bleachers and the coaches were there. we pretty much tried to talk things out. the guys did 16*400 meters alternating 1:08 to 1:15 every other one. i didnt go with them cause i am running the meet tomorrow cause cartwrite doesnt want to break me in that workout since im a freshmen. i did a 30 min run and then i did 4*200. then i iced for a few minutes and the distance team talked to wise. we are hopiong that things will go back to normal.
