Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
tweaking my saddle position.. knocking the seat back a couple cm. Good sacrifice of aero for more power (being that the upcoming races are hilly and it aero position won't factor into Victoria).
New position feels comfortable/stronger...?? Time will tell. maybe some more TTs
