Comments:
First run at home. Awfully hot. Went 3 miles on my own (22:01). Then 3 miles with my brother. Tried using a heart rate monitor to do a slow aerobic run, but ended up with a heart rate about 180bpm while basically jogging. I should work on that. It took 29:05 to do 3 miles.
