Weather: kind of hot, windy
Comments:
warmed up around the track and did drills and striders
8x200 hard in spikes with 2 min walking rest btwn (got 3 min after the 4th). did the first 4 in like 30, then the rest were something like 31, 31, 32.5, 32. i was REALLY tired by the end of this, and my arms were very sore.
i could barely move at the beginning of the cool down, but i loosened up a little, and then did 5x100m at mile pace barefoot on the field.
