I knew I would have to run in the snow to train for a spring marathon, but this is ridiculous! Longest run and everything seems ok. 3 weeks til race day and I'm finished with the crazy long runs. USed 2 flasks of perpetuem, but I think I'm going mix some GU into the mix, feel like I need a little extra pep.
