10 X 15 flat board bent knee sit up sliders, 6X15 ab crunch machine, leg lift and ball on the wall, 5 X 15 torso bends, 4 X 15 side bends, 5 X 15 flat hamstring with alt legs, 5 X 15 sit hamstring and alt legs, 5 X 15 quad machine 25lb - no brace worn. - no discomforrt as of 1500 # 178
