Comments:
I did my easy long run of the week with Foy and Sam. The pace was relaxed the entire way and I didn't push at all. The shins hurt at the start of the run but as usual, the pain subsided once it was warmed up. The first 7.15 miles was in 47:32 (6:40 pace). The way back as in 46:27 (6:29 pace). This run felt like a jog.
