Comments:
Went to the princeton hills in the morning despite getting the email from Dr. Putukian. I figured that I will take it easy on the shins after today. The warmup made my shin hurt a bit but they felt great going up the hill. The cooldown definitely better than the warmup. I'm definitely getting into great shape. I felt very strong going up the hills.
