The weather wasn't too great today. After work I wasn't really looking forward to this but you do what you gotta do. Me and Kurt didn't really have a plan for waht we were gonna do we thought quarters but we were really just floundering around. CoachL was there working out Elaine(shes running a 3k Friday!) and Justine. Right when we were about to start Grogan showed so we waited for him and did his workout. 9x400 in sets of 3 with 100 rest the first set 200 second and 400 on the last. There was 400 rest between sets. Definitly a confidence boost for me. Even with the wind I was able to stride 73's for the first 2 sets. Picked it up a little bit the 2nd set but still pretty controlled. I blew out the last set though. Feeling pretty good about that. I still have the kick!!!
