in afternoon. good stretch and long ice after.
Went to PT today. massage, ultrasound, and stretches. going to get more strengthening next time. seems like it should workout. start going twice a week. try and go for a run this weekend (PT thought is would be okay). check out shoes with CW this weekend. June starts date for training, sounds like a plan.
