Comments:
Ran alone after my high school's confrence meet which got me pumper up cuz it was awsome. Just around the neiborhood like Monday. Felt alright. Legs a little sore from the workout for like the first mile but after that I was fine. Tried to run on my toes the whole time. I've heard theat many fast people do that so I think I'm gonna try that for awhile. It did seem to make a diffrence cuz the pace ended up being pretty fast without me really relizing how it was. Overall a good run. I'm feeling good for the 5k Friday night.
