Exercise Type: Bike

biked to cornell in the morning for a meeting w/ carl. not really that much exercise though (about 3.5 miles in). biked in basement later in day. did some stretching mid day. Stretch and ice after, then lifted upstairs (5 things, 15 reps, 3 sets). More PT tomorrow. test out a run this weekend. clicking is loosening up, but it is still sore, and feels overall tight along the leg.
