Comments:
this was my first day in week #4 and I am doing very well. No problems with soreness except a little in heels. That probably has more to do with my weight and poor shoes. The shoes will be replaced this Saturday and the weight is coming of gradually. I have set my sights on October 25th for a 5k race at Big Sur. I am almost running that now and if I want to I can go for the 10k. But I don't really see that happening.
