did a warmup, then i did 3 sets of 2,2,8s. the 200s were rolling, so it was 200 at mile pace, 200 easy, 2 at mile, 2 easy, and then and 800 at mile pace. my heel hurt and i was crampy so i wasnt hitting my 800 times right. then we did a cooldown and abs with cartwrite. my heel has been hurting a lot though, so i need to really keep an eye on it.
