LONG RUN
Leader Heights + Looping around Reservoir Hill
It was supposed to be a 13 mile long run on the Rail Trail but as soon as I left my house I already didn't want to run the trail in fear of boredom. I still had only done barely any mileage since back in my 80 mile weeks so motivation still wasn't there. So instead I decided to take the hilly course of Reservoir Hill.
FELT TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I forget where I started to feel horrible, but once it started it didn't stop and I was having troubles even continuing to run. I stopped multiple times on Reservoir Hill and only kept running just so I would at least hit 10 for the day. Shitty run but it was in heat on a real hilly course.
