Comments:
Ran with Staci and Terri because I didn't get the weekly workout from coach. Staci and Terri were doing 6/800 repeats. We ran down to the Greenbelt. I ran 3 of them around 3:25 - 3:30 then needed to get back to school to p/u Pate. It was hard. Sure not where I was about 8 months ago.
