Weather: 65F, sunny, NICE

Comments:
First run since the marathon. The legs have felt OK, overall, except my L hip, which felt terrible for a few days, then OK the past couple.

Wrapped up work and got home, did circuits, and went after it. First couple miles to the loop felt OK, then I TANKED: really tired, and VERY SORE in BOTH HIPS, with new-onset R hip pain. Stopped midway to do press-ups -- almost thought I'd have to walk home -- but the hip pain decreased enough to allow me to finish. Eek!

Stride felt OK, though: focused a lot on the leg extension and lordosis ... not only with running but LIFE!

Nice evening out with Britt: Sam Bond's, Cornucopia (South), and Highland. GOOD CONVOS.
